Step 1. We carefully listen to you to figure out exactly what you want.  

Step 2.  A.) We cost out a price quote. B) Go over it till every detail is settled. C. Send a draft to you for final approval and signature. ( There will be two documents for signature an invoice and a 2 dimensional layout for exact door placements.)

Step 3. A.) After you put down a deposit you are automatically emailed a Bank deposit receipt from BlueSTAR.  B.) Immediately the ordered place to the Steel Venue, Carolina Carports, ( CCI ), and C.) You will receive a computer generated CCI acceptance receipt.    

Step 4.  A.). CCI Plans and Permitting department is notified of new customer contract.  B.) CCI Plans and Permitting will contact you if your County requires additional plans cost.  ( Some counties require more complex plans.).

NOTE:  HOW LONG BEFORE YOU GET YOUR PLANS ?    1 – 3 weeks dependent upon Counties requirements.

Step 5.   A.). After permit is acquired  concrete pad is poured as per plans.  B.) A Photo of your Permit number and concrete pad are emailed to CCI and BlueSTAR. 

Step 6. As soon as this s done Scheduling prepares the building final delivery.

NOTE: THIS PROCESS NORMALLY TAKES 6-8 WEEKS  –  this timeline estimate can fluctuate by season

Step 7. A.)  CCI scheduling calls customer to notify customer of build date.
